Father, I confess to You,

that in the past, through ignorance,

curiosity or willfulness,

I have come into contact

with certain occult things.

I now recognize this as sin and

confess it as sin and claim

forgiveness in Jesus' Name.

Specifically I do confess as sin and

renounce all contacts, which I have had

with the following occult things:

I also renounce and confess as sin any false oaths,

which I may have made to any false god and any

idolatry in which I have been involved.
