Hypnotic
Hypnotic herbs will help induce sleep (not a hypnotic trance). Hops, Passion Flower, Lady’s Slipper, Skullcap, Valerian.
Hypotensive
Remedies that reduce elevated blood pressure.
Astragalus, Cat's Claw, Hawthorn, Hops, Reishi, Valerian, Yarrow.
Laxative
Herbs that promote the evacuation of the bowels.

Mucilage
