Skullcap - Skullcap calms the mind and heart and prepares the way to meditation. Its tonic properties will help the inner channel of inspiration to be strengthened so that inner truths can be brought forth and manifested in life. Many times when we have realizations, our bodies and especially our nerves and heart must be prepared to handle the accelerated energy flow. Skullcap seems to have the capacity to strengthen the nerves of the body to receive the inspirations so that they do not create chaos and turbulence in us due to the changes they engender.
Sarsaparilla - Sarsaparilla symbolizes purification of the emotions and the associated ability to express clearly our most intimate thoughts and feelings with others.
Wild Cherry Bark - Wild cherry bark will enable us to relax and open up the lung energy in order to take a deeper breath, allowing ideas and thoughts to be articulated and brought our without fear and apprehension. For those who have an excess of the knight of swords energy, wild cherry bark will take the edge off any compulsiveness that may accompany “speaking one’s mind.”
Valerian - Valerian will help to relieve self-judgment and the mental ‘spasm’ in which one may indulge during trying times. When one is taking the herb or herbal essence it is helpful to say an affirmation that will reinforce the sense of one’s basic goodness and worth. It may be used for self-purification when one is feeling the ‘guilties.’ It will help one to ‘feel warmer’ toward the self.

The herb helps to allow the death of the old to be transmuted into the new rebirth self. It acts as a guardian spirit during the metamorphosis and brings ease as the transition occurs.
Trillium - Trillium represents the quality within each of us which imparts value in life. It symbolizes all that we are inclined to nurture and protect. It fosters within us our ability to give birth to spontaneous joy with life.
